Springer spaniel drawing, a great start
So it’s been a while since I’ve been able to complete a commission, the lead-up to having a baby can do that. I only hope there’s time after the lil mite is born to draw. I’m sure there will.
Anyway, I have been able to complete one drawing recently and am well into the next, a beautiful drawing of a Springer Spaniel, Pippa who unfortunately passed away not so long ago. So here’s a sneak peek of it in progress. I always start at the top of the drawing and work down, so as not to pull my hand over the drawing. Saying that I do get carried away and have to use a sheet of clean A4 to rest my hand on.
This drawing should be ready in a couple of days, so look out for it in the dog gallery.
